Why should you choose to train with the Service Dog Academy?

1. Because we dont take $10,000, $15,000 or $20,000 of your hard earned money to help you train a dog.
2. Because we dont specialize in training attack dogs. Why would you want your dog trained by someone who specializes in training dogs that can harm people? Your service dog is going to be accessing the LOUD, OBNOXIOUS, UNPREDICTABLE public. The last instinct you want your dog to have is to hurt a person or another dog. Thats a liability that can cost you your ENTIRE LIFE SAVINGS.
3. Because we use strict POSITIVE REINFORCEMENT methods approved by the AMERICAN HUMANE ASSOCIATION. If you wouldnt do it to your two year old, why would you do it to your dog?

The Service Dog Academy is a PET and service dog training school located in the West Seattle neighborhood of Seattle, WA. We train your dog using a combination of both private in home training sessions as well as obedience classes for both adult and puppy dogs. We use humane and positive training methods to quickly address your dogs behavioral problems (including anxiety, aggression, potty training, biting, jumping, stealing, separation anxiety and barking). When you train your pet dog with us 100% of the profits go towards supporting the low cost service dog training program. Training with the Service Dog Academy is a great way to "pay it forward" while getting something in return. We are pleased to announce that in July we will start serving the Beacon Hill area with adult obedience dog training classes.
