We Have Been Nationally Recognized!

The West Seattle Service Dog Academy has been recognized by the Association for Pet Dog Trainers for its participation in the APDT’s Train Your Dog Month contest thanks to trainer Mary McNeight’s positive reinforcement methods. Additionally, the award-winning training studio was also featured in a recent Examiner.com article for McNeight’s diabetic alert dog classes, puppy, and adult dog obedience training.

The Service Dog Academy is a PET and service dog training school located in the West Seattle neighborhood of Seattle, WA. We train your dog using a combination of both private in home training sessions as well as obedience classes for both adult and puppy dogs. We use humane and positive training methods to quickly address your dogs behavioral problems (including anxiety, aggression, potty training, biting, jumping, stealing, separation anxiety and barking). When you train your pet dog with us 100% of the profits go towards supporting the low cost service dog training program. Training with the Service Dog Academy is a great way to "pay it forward" while getting something in return. We are pleased to announce that in July we will start serving the Beacon Hill area with adult obedience dog training classes.
